There are two forms of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, BJJ Gi and No-Gi. Gi Jiu Jitsu is grappling while using the traditional Gi and is a form that allows you to grab the clothing of your opponent. However, No Gi is grappling without the traditional uniform and instead, practitioners would wear shorts or spats and a rash guard. In No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu you cannot grab your opponent’s clothing.
