Fairtex BS1925 Mr X Muay Thai Shorts are a black, modern-cut pair from the current Fairtex range, built for fighters who want a clean look and a slimmer fit than a traditional Thai short. The Mr X design keeps the graphics understated, which makes these an easy choice for daily training, sparring and competition alike.

Fairtex makes the BS1925 from micro satin, a lightweight polyester fabric that resists sweat, dries quickly and wears well over months of use. The leg is tailored slimmer than older Fairtex patterns for better mobility, but still sits roomier than a kickboxing short so there is no pinch across the thigh. High side slits and new-style piping on the legs finish the pattern. Handmade in Thailand, as with all our Fairtex Muay Thai shorts.

Slimmer Cut, Same Freedom

The BS1925 uses the updated Fairtex pattern with a narrower leg. It looks sharper on the pads and in the ring, and the high slits make sure the slimmer shape never limits a knee, a teep or a head kick. It is still cut with more room than a kickboxing short.

A Waistband That Stays Put

Fairtex moved to a six-band elastic waistband on this pattern, slightly lower-profile than the traditional eight bands, with an inner drawstring for fine adjustment. It holds through clinch work and rotation without folding over.

Sizing

Fairtex shorts run small against UK sizing. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size. The drawstring will take up the difference at the waist.
