Hi Jay — yes, the HW3 are quick wraps: elasticated, with a thumb loop and a velcro closure, so you just slip them on. Really convenient for classes and bag work. Traditional long wraps still give the most wrist support if you’re sparring hard.

Yes — pop them in a wash bag on a cool wash and air dry. The wash bag stops the velcro catching. Avoid tumble drying to keep the elastic in good shape.
